We’ll expect you to provide both HR colleagues and line managers with leading edge systems, tools, processes and consultancy support. Ours is a rapidly evolving environment. You’ll ensure our practices evolve with it - from ongoing activity to special projects. Accountable for recruitment and assessment metrics, process compliance and performance, you’ll also maintain a suite of innovative psychometrics and profiling tools. You’ll optimise assessor capability throughout the organisation, with a particular focus on resourcing assessment support for senior talent acquisition. Your broad portfolio of further responsibilities will span everything from designing a global assessment process through to supporting the development of high potential talent initiatives.
Qualified with MSc Occupational Psychology and Level A & B Psychometric Delivery, you demonstrate continuous professional development within the field. Your impressive track record encompasses the design of assessment tools, behavioural and technical competencies, and structured interviewing and assessor training. Experience of statistical analysis and diverse validation methodologies is crucial. The ability to manage a flexible team of assessment specialists and occupational psychologists is essential.
