When it comes to assessment for recruitment and development purposes, you’ll provide first-class solutions fit for a world-class organisation.
Working closely with HR colleagues and line managers throughout the business, you’ll deliver expert assessment advice, together with process and tool design. We’ll expect you to design, update and roll out assessment exercises for volume and specialist recruitment - from graduates and apprentices, through to experienced hires. When it comes to assessment metrics, you’ll ensure compliance and process performance. This will include end of campaign evaluation, volume assessment process validation and diversity monitoring. What’s more, you’ll be responsible for designing, delivering and maintaining assessor training and accreditation processes.
Qualified with MSc Occupational Psychology and Level A Psychometric Delivery, you demonstrate continuous professional development within the field. Your professional track record includes the design of specialist, technical and volume assessment tools for resourcing and development assessment processes. You’ve also designed behavioural and technical competencies, and both designed and delivered structured interviewing / assessor training. You also demonstrate skills in statistical analysis and have experience in a range of validation methodologies.
