Our Operations Consulting Group is looking to recruit a Business Change Manager and a Business Change Consultant for our People and Organisational Change team. We are interested in hearing from those who will relish working in a stimulating and multidisciplinary environment with the opportunity to apply the full spectrum of business change knowledge across a variety of projects and sectors. Both positions will require the candidates to travel to client sites throughout the UK on a regular basis which will be determined by the needs of a project. At all other times the candidate will be based in London. Business Change Manager (AJ87093): This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is stimulated by managing commissions, work streams or teams and who enjoys owning the design and/or delivery of programmes of business change with a key focus on realization of benefits. You would also be required to network internally and externally within the public and private sectors and be interested in developing and applying broader consulting skills. To be considered for this role you will need to hold a relevant degree and ideally a Masters in Occupational Psychology or Business Studies or equivalent and will possess demonstrable experience of successes in the following areas: design and delivery of business change programmes; identification, planning and tracking of business benefits and outcomes; design and delivery of stakeholder engagement strategies and assessing and managing the risks around these; creating and implementing communication strategies and plans and preparing affected business areas for transition to business as usual. Business Change Consultant (AJ87092): This role is a wonderful opportunity to work in a dynamic, challenging and stimulating environment with opportunities to apply your knowledge and expertise to a range of business change projects; whilst gaining further skills and direction from the Business Change Manager and other organizational psychologist experts in the team. To be considered for this role you will possess an Occupational Psychology degree and will have worked as an organizational psychologist or business change consultant with demonstrable experience of delivering complex change programmes in a consulting environment. The mix of work will vary from independent assignments to being part of a larger consulting team or client teams and therefore the role requires the ability to develop a wide spectrum of effective relationships; networking across the business to identify new opportunities for working collaboratively on projects. You will contribute towards writing reports and proposals, presentations and delivering project work; you will also be encouraged to support the development of the business through contributing to proposals and the development of new and existing service propositions.
