| Description: | Job Ref: 101959 This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work in a newly formed team that will support children, young people, carers and their families. The aim of the post is to contribute to the development of an effective and integrated service for children and young people throughout the ‘Looked After’ system. We require a qualified Clinical Psychologist, to become a part of a dedicated needs led service, delivering a consistent response to young people and to support staff and carers to work therapeutically and engage with young people’s in addressing their individual needs. The post holder will assist in creating an environment which encourages growth and learning and develop responses to assist carers to provide consistent care and boundaries. Applicants will require a minimum of two year’s post qualification experience We are committed to your professional development and actively support participants in learning and development opportunities in Guernsey and the UK. We provide regular supervision, team meetings and an annual appraisal. The post carries a 5 year Licence and an attractive relocation package.
