Due to our continued success and expansion internationally, we are seeking to appoint to two positions, an experienced consultant occupational psychologist, and an entry level psychologist.
We have a core team of full-time senior and consultant psychologists and we draw on the specialist skills of our extensive network of associates to create high performing project teams. Based in the UK, Malaysia and Australia, we deliver results to a range of private and public sector clients internationally.
Founded by Professor Fiona Patterson and Dr. Máire Kerrin, the team has strong consulting and research credibility, as we translate the latest research into practical and sustainable business solutions. Key Activities for the Consultant Role
• Identifying opportunities for future business development, writing project proposals, scoping deliverables and proposing workable solutions in partnership with clients • Leading and managing the day-to-day implementation of projects • Developing effective client relationships • Supporting colleagues on large, complex and high stakes assignments • Designing and implementing bespoke assessment solutions, including job analysis, assessment/development centres • Designing bespoke innovative development solutions (for individuals and groups) • Evaluating development interventions including large scale talent management programmes • Writing reports and executive summaries to reach a range of audiences • Dissemination of work through client conferences and publications
Key Activities for the Psychologist Role
• Supporting Directors and senior consultants in business development including writing project proposals and scoping deliverables • Supporting the delivery of the day-to-day implementation of projects • Developing effective client relationships • Supporting the design and implementation of bespoke assessment solutions, including job analysis, assessment/development centres • Contributing to the design and evaluation of bespoke psychometric assessment tools • Writing reports and executive summaries to reach a range of audiences • Dissemination of work through client conferences and publications
Qualifications and Experience for the Consultant Role
• Chartered Occupational Psychologist / HPC Registered • A minimum of 3-5 years experience of working in a relevant consultancy or internal role • Experience in leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously • Educated to Masters level in Occupational Psychology (or equivalent) • Experience in delivering assessment and development solutions • Level A and Level B Competence in Occupational Testing and use of Personality Inventories
Qualifications and Experience Psychologist Role
• A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a relevant area • Registered or seeking registration for Occupational Psychologist / HPC • Educated to Masters level in Occupational Psychology (or equivalent) • Level A and Level B Competence in Occupational Testing and use of Personality Inventories
