Description: Incredible moments are experienced by people, every day, right across Jaguar Land Rover. HR makes sure that they can happen and most importantly that they’re recognised and harnessed. Individually, these moments define careers. There’s never been a more exciting time to join our HR team. Create your own moment to shine.

People are at the heart of our unrivalled success. Dedicated and driven professionals across a broad range of specialisms - each and every one operating at the top of their game - come together to drive extraordinary global growth and innovation. As we continue to paint our incredible picture of success worldwide, our ability to bring the globe’s finest talent with us has never been more important. That’s where you come in. Qualified with MSc Occupational Psychology and Level A Psychometric Delivery, you demonstrate continuous professional development within the field. Your professional track record includes the design of specialist, technical and volume assessment tools for resourcing and development assessment processes. You’ve also designed behavioural and technical competencies, and both designed and delivered structured interviewing / assessor training. You also demonstrate skills in statistical analysis and have experience in a range of validation methodologies.

In return for your dedication, you’ll enjoy all the benefits and development opportunities you’d expect from a growing organisation with a rich heritage and a worldwide reputation for innovation and excellence. This is your chance to hone your skills - and your career - at the leading edge. Wherever you want to go, Jaguar Land Rover is your ultimate destination.
