| Description: | This will be a fast paced project which offers a chance to be at the cutting edge of new approaches to working with parents with complex needs and challenges. We are looking for practitioners who are experienced, robust, curious and committed to making this project a success. Lead our team Head of Programme 3+ days a week Salary c£55k pro-rata plus contributory pension Your contribution as head of this programme will be critical to its success. A relevant professional qualification in social work, psychology, couple, family or group therapy or equivalent, together with a track record of senior leadership in development and delivery will be needed. Intellectual curiosity and attention to detail will be also be vital. You will need to manage numerous relationships, build a team of group workers who will become, like you, the trainers and supervisors of this programme for the future. You will be an accomplished and persuasive advocate for the importance relationships as the drivers of change, whether between parents or between practitioners and their clients. You will need to be ready to lead the intellectual development and implementation of this programme in conjunction with a programme manager and senior TCCR staff. Contract to March 2015 in the first instance. Closing date 5pm 23rd January Interview dates Monday 4th February. Training dates with Professors Cowan (mandatory) 20th February (evening), 21st, 22nd and 23rd February. We hope that appointed staff can begin work as soon as possible but the following training days will be mandatory to attend and remunerated if prior to contract start date.
