If you want to join one of the most progressive Business Psychology practices, we want to hear from you. Our Oxford office currently has an opportunity for an experienced practitioner. To succeed in the role you will need to have: • substantial experience of applying occupational psychological solutions, gained in commercial or public sector organisational settings; • Chartered status (or an equivalent level of expertise) with particular knowledge and experience in at least one of our areas of specialist practice – assessment, development and/or diversity. You will also be able to demonstrate experience in: • successfully maintaining client relationships; • designing and delivering innovative interventions in our specialist areas; • successfully managing a range of large client accounts to highly demanding timescales and professional standards; • generating new business opportunities.
