KCA Mental Health Services provide a wide range of high quality, innovative primary care mental health services. We offer a strong departmental framework with regular clinical supervision, line management, monthly team meetings and effective administration, along with opportunities for further training and career development. This is an exciting time of development for the service therefore we are recruiting these positions.
We require qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to join our Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service in Surrey and a senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our Canterbury and Coastal Team. You will be providing low intensity interventions for a range of common mental health problems. You will be highly experienced in delivering Step 2 provision both on a 1:1 basis and within a group environment. You will also be expected to carry out assessments on individuals who have been referred to the service. The Senior PWP role will in addition provide case management supervision to qualified and trainee PWPs, supervision training can be provided although you should be an experienced and qualified PWP.
