We offer a strong departmental framework with regular clinical supervision, line management, monthly team meetings and effective administration, along with opportunities for further training and career development. This is an exciting time of development for the service therefore we are recruiting these positions. We require qualified High Intensity Therapists to join our Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) services in Surrey and in Thanet (East Kent). You will be providing high intensity interventions for a range of common mental health problems. Also, you will be highly experienced in delivering CBT and other NICE recommended interventions such as EMDR, IPT, (Behavioural) Couples Therapy for depression, etc. on a 1:1 or group basis, in line with the Skills for Health Psychological Competencies Maps. BABCP accreditation is most desirable, the full range of skills and competencies as laid out in the competence framework for CBT (Roth and Pilling 2007) is essential.
