Rookery House provides specialist residential accommodation for adults with Asperger’s syndrome or Autism who are aged 18 upwards. Our residents come from all over the UK and have diverse backgrounds. They may also have other mental health issues or challenging behaviours. A vacancy has arisen for a Clinical Psychologist working with our Adults with an Autistic Spectrum Conditions and other associated disorders such as OCD, Bi-polar depression and ADHD. You will need experience in the following areas: • Autistic Spectrum Conditions and have a good CBT knowledge • Risk assessment and management for individual clients and liaison with MDT team in ensuring the safety and effective treatment of vulnerable individuals • Multi disciplinary and multi agency working and advice • Cognitive assessments, individual therapy, family and group interventions We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated person to fill this exciting and challenging post.
