| Description: | Exciting Opportunities We are developing a new Multi Systemic Therapy (MST) service in Edinburgh. MST is a highly specialist, evidence based, intensive, home-based treatment approach directed at young people who are at risk of going into care, school exclusion or offending behaviour. The MST service will work together with the young person and their families in the provision of a 24 hour, 7 days per week service. We are seeking 2 staff to lead on this exciting new development who can demonstrate substantial relevant experience. MST Programme Manager/Supervisor Grade 10, £46,361 - £55,396 p.a. You will provide overall management of the programme including development, delivery and clinical governance of two teams of 4 therapists. You will directly supervise and manage one of the teams and will support the Supervisor in the same role with the second team. MST Supervisor Grade 9, £38,715 - £46,361 p.a. Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Supervisor will be responsible for supervision and operational management of one of the MST teams.
