The Department of Psychology offers high quality courses and conducts highly influential research in Cognitive Psychology; Neuropsychology; and Health, Organisational and Counselling Psychology. The Department is seeking to appoint to a Lectureship an outstanding academic in the field of Psychology with particular knowledge in Behavioural Economics to support its commitment to academic excellence and to create a centre for Behavioural Economics in conjunction with the Department of Economics. The successful candidate will have a research record likely to be assessed as world-leading or internationally-excellent in the forthcoming Research Excellence Framework and the ability to educate and supervise at undergraduate, postgraduate and postdoctoral levels.
