UEA has a thriving BPS-recognised psychology BSc undergraduate programme developed prior to the establishment of the new school. Professor in Psychology - Ref: ATR1094 A competitive salary package is available for an outstanding candidate We seek an excellent researcher to complement the existing psychology staff in the first phase of a growth strategy for the new school that represents an opportunity for an international research leader to impact upon the future shape of psychology at UEA. Applicants will be outstanding researchers (in a REF context), with experience and track records commensurate with stage of career. Applicants in any area will be considered, but those with expertise in cognition, vision and action, differential psychobiology or developmental psychology are particularly encouraged to apply. We also seek applicants who can demonstrate synergies with other schools/faculties, commensurate with the multidisciplinary ethos at UEA, and the world-leading facilities the Norwich Research Park affords. This post is available on an indefinite full-time basis from 1 February 2013 or as soon as possible thereafter. Applicants must have a PhD or equivalent qualification and be able to satisfy all other essential criteria for the role.
