Our needs are primarily in our Assessment/Talent Management practice but there will also be opportunities to work on projects in our Leadership Development practice. We are looking for Senior Consultants who will be Occupational Psychologists with Chartered status. Starting salary is in the region of £60k, with a commensurate package and we pay a good annual profit share to all of the team.
