DBS has an enrolment of over 9,000 students and comprises four separate schools – the School of Business, the School of Arts, School of Law and the Professional School. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced PhD qualified Lecturer in Psychology to join the School of Arts team. Duties will include the delivery of lectures, marking of assessments, providing student feedback, associated administration, meeting students for individual academic counselling, contributing to and attending staff, faculty, validation and other administrative meetings and events, attending open days/marketing events, dissertation supervision as required and carrying out such other duties as are specifically requested. The successful candidate will have a doctorate in Psychology and be eligible to join the Psychological Society of Ireland. We would particularly welcome psychologists able to offer organisational psychology, research methods and/or SPSS. You should also be able to contribute to one or more areas of the psychology core curriculum.
