Title: Occupational Psychologist
Employer: MI5
Description: At MI5, there are all kinds of different jobs. Some are extremely complex. Some require specialist skills. Some you won’t find anywhere else. That’s what makes this role so attractive.

We are looking for an Occupational Psychologist who is registered with the Health Professions Council and has demonstrable experience of designing and delivering single vacancy and volume recruitment campaigns across a variety of positions. You’ll have a best practice approach to selection and assessment design but you’ll also be able to apply this pragmatically, given the unique nature of our organisation and some of the niche roles for which we need to recruit.

As the Occupational Psychologist within our Recruitment team, you’ll work collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and external partners, reviewing recruitment processes and making changes where necessary. You will lead on the technical design and development of bespoke competency frameworks and selection tools, including assessment centres. You’ll also support their implementation through the design and delivery of a range of training workshops for interviewers and assessors.
