Playing a key part in our supportive and dedicated team, you will make a significant contribution in a pivotal senior consultant role. Designing solutions, and planning and managing a range of projects for a huge variety of clients - including some of the UK’s most recognisable names - you will gain unrivalled exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process across all kinds of sectors and specialties. A fully qualified Occupational Psychologist with BPS Level A and B, you have demonstrable knowledge of competency models and psychometric products, together with proven experience of designing and delivering the full range of recruitment assessment products. You’ll also have a role in coaching others in the team to do the same. We need a proactive, results-oriented individual who can grow the business by developing and upskilling internal stakeholders to capitalise on new business opportunities, drive innovations in our offering and contribute to tenders and pitches. We’ll also expect you to build external networks, enhance our reputation in the assessment marketplace and keep abreast of best practice so you can share your knowledge across the group.
