| Description: | Post-Adoption Centre (PAC) is Britain’s first independent adoption support agency with almost 25 years’ experience of providing services to anyone affected by adoption. Head of Services - Adults £ 31,935 - £39,612 Based: Kentish Town, NW5 We play a leading role in the development and provision of support services for all those involved in adoption and the professionals who work with them. We provide a comprehensive range of therapeutic services including a national advice line, adult and couples counselling, child and family therapeutic work and a wide range of training courses. Our services are commissioned by 33 local authorities in the south east. You will manage and develop all our adult therapeutic counselling services, including those at PAC headquarters, at locally based outreach surgeries and via our telephone advice line. You will also be responsible for developing evidence-informed practice to take us forward and build on our achievements.
