We are seeking an experienced, self motivated and enthusiastic individual to take the lead on the personal skills development element of our MBA Connect programme, an integrated programme focussed on enhancing our MBA participants’ professional, interpersonal and career management skills. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and delivering the personal skills elements of the programme, finding innovative and appropriate ways of meeting MBA students’ needs and creating a reflective learning process. With experience in designing and delivering professional and personal skills training to a postgraduate and post experience audience, you will already be a Chartered Occupational Psychologist or will be working towards this qualification. Excellent communication skills, the ability to influence and enthuse others, ability to build relationships and work in a team are all essential as are experience of coaching and an understanding of the learning process. The position will be based within our Work and Organisational Psychology Group.
