| Description: | Autism Spectrum Partners, ‘as partners’, a division of The Disabilities Trust, provides a range of care and support services to both adults and children with autism. Partnering people with autism to ‘live their lives, their way’. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic clinical psychologist to support our services for adults with autism and learning disabilities in the south east: Hamilton Lodge near Colchester, which supports 8 adults with autism and 18 adults with learning disabilities, and Hollyrood in West Sussex, which supports six houses for adults with autism. The post-holder will be responsible for providing a consultation service, leading the multi-disciplinary team meetings, supervising assistant psychologists and other members of the staff team and staff training. You will join two other Consultant Clinical Psychologists in developing person-centred working and positive behaviour support across the services. We are also developing our autism-specific and person-centred training programmes for support staff, clinicians and others working in the field and you will contribute to the development and delivery of these programmes. Research is actively encouraged and facilitated by the Trust, together with excellent opportunities for CPD. You will receive a full induction, regular supervision and peer support.
