| Description: | Business Psychology Consultant – Arup, London Our Operations Consulting Group is looking to recruit a Business Psychologist for our People and Organisational Change team. We are interested in hearing from those who will relish working in a stimulating and multidisciplinary environment with the opportunity to apply the full spectrum of occupational psychology knowledge across a variety of projects and sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has around three years experience and has recently or is close to qualifying as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. You will support our consultants in the development, design and delivery of client solutions in an environment that fosters your development. This includes networking and collaborating across our large and diverse organisation in this pursuit. The role requires an excellent communicator with a professional, organised and highly adaptable approach and strong analytical problem solving skills. The appointment will require travel throughout the UK and occasionally overseas.
