| Description: | Hillcroft House, Newbury CMHT Ref: M1287 37.5 hours per week This post is based primarily in Newbury where you will work alongside colleagues in a well-established CMHT, to provide specialist assessment and evidence-based psychological intervention for clients in a secondary care adult mental health community-based service. You will also provide consultation to colleagues and carers. The Newbury Clinical/Counselling Psychology Service is a supportive team with excellent links with the Oxford Doctoral Course in Clinical Psychology and with the University of Reading (where the IAPT training is delivered). Good opportunities exist for teaching/training, supervision and CPD. There are regular meetings with psychologist colleagues who work in other locality-based services and specialisms. The Trust supports research interests and professional development. We are looking for an enthusiastic practitioner who will have doctoral level qualifications.
