| Description: | Ref: SFR0299 Salary: £ 37,374 - £38,560 An opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Psychologist within Strathclyde Fire and Rescue. Strathclyde Fire and Rescue is one of the largest Fire Services in Europe and employs over 3,500 employees. A recent restructure of the Human Resources Directorate and, in particular, the Resourcing Team has driven the need to cover a period of maternity leave. We are seeking a chartered Occupational Psychologist to join and compliment our existing team for a period of 6 - 9 months. We are looking for a psychologist who has a proven track record in recruitment and selection and experience in designing and managing Assessment Development Centres. With a flexible and innovative approach you will be tenacious and driven in providing advice and applying your specialist knowledge, not only to the recruitment and assessment process, but to enhance and inform overall effectiveness of the team. You will have a MSc in Occupational/ Organisational Psychology and be level A and B qualified in Occupational Testing. HPC registration is also a necessary requirement for this post.
