Clinical Psychologist £37,996 to £54,714 pa (Band 8a and 8b AfC equivalent) Somerset (Bridgwater or Frome) Turning Point Somerset provides an integrated community drug and alcohol service for approximately 1,500 people at any one time – including carers, friends and family members. We are now looking for a successful Clinical Psychologist to help us improve the ways we engage with people and make positive changes to their lives. Working closely with the Clinical Lead and Service Manager, you will provide guidance, training and clinical supervision to the team across the county. You will also manage a small caseload and supervise a Counselling Coordinator as well as Assistant Psychologists throughout the life of the contract. Along with experience of working with people with drug and/or alcohol problems, you will understand the regulatory framework relating to this area and be committed to helping us audit the service and review the effectiveness of our psycho-social interventions.
