| Description: | Clinical Psychologist/Neuropsychologist Goole Band 7 or 8A A full time clinical psychologist/neuropsychologist is required for this service jointly developed by the Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust, a division of the Disabilities Trust. The 14 bedded Goole Neurorehabilitation Centre is set in the grounds of Goole District Hospital, in partnership with the NHS. It provides assessment and rehabilitation primarily for acquired brain injury clients and an assessment service for other neurological conditions. It provides an acute/ post acute service through clinical assessment and neuro-behavioural social rehabilitation. The aim is to provide a continuous pathway of care for each service user from in-patient services through to re-integration into community. The Centre has a comprehensive multidisciplinary team of Nurses and Therapists team led by Consultants in Rehabilitation Medicine and Clinical Neuropsychology.
